College Counselor - University of Detroit Jesuit High School

The College Counselor provides individual and group guidance focusing on academic, personal and career areas of development as they relate to post-secondary opportunities.  The College Counselor works cooperatively with the members of the School Counseling department to provide comprehensive services for all students. This position reports to the Department Chairperson.

Program Supervisor, East MI - AdviseMI

Each Program Supervisor will supervise 15-20 full-time college advisers and manage the program’s relationship with the advisers’ respective partner high schools.  These schools and advisers are located in a specific region (East/Northeastern Lower Peninsula of Michigan) in which the Supervisor will be responsible. The support, development, oversight and monitoring of the advisers is the primary role of the Program Supervisor.

Classroom Assistant - Winning Futures

This position is responsible for assisting in our motivational, Workforce Prep mentoring classrooms and completing office clerk duties. You will meet with program staff prior to each session, organize supplies and materials, manage program supply inventory and purchasing, build relationships with mentors, educators, and students, and provide support to the program department. You will also provide support to the operations department through mailings, data entry, filing, and other administrative duties.

Education and experience: This position requires completion of a certification program, associate degree or higher, and 2 years of experience working/volunteering in an administrative role that includes data entry and other clerical tasks.
